retreat for family reunions, friends and special celebrations. The estate is located in the countryside where olives are picked from the estates private groves and bottled under a private label.
Historic centres of Arezzo, Cortona, Monte San Savino and Montepulciano are all within a short 20 minute drive away. It is an ideal base to tour the surrounding vineyards or cultural and historical towns. This villa is situated on
an important historical road, it’s close proximity to treasured monumental periods of the Etruscan, Roman, Mediaeval and Renaissance make it an ideal base for anyone who would like to explore and enjoy Tuscany’s rich culture.We are
located in the Tuscan countryside, therefore a car is recommended to explore all our magical surroundings. Otherwise, we are 500 meters from the Val di Chiana bike trail named, ‘Il Sentiero della Bonifica’ which connects Arezzo to
Chiusi-Scalo on a 62 kilometre bike path. It passing through the gorgeous countryside filled with orchards, groves and wineries. You can even bike into Montepulciano for a wine tasting before heading home.
The loggia terrace
The exquisite vaulted ceilings and magnificent arches in the loggia are romantic reminders of the “ Dolce Vita”. One area of the loggia is for dining al fresco or playing your favorite game. The other is a delightful sitting area perfect for lounging with your preferred bottle of wine.

This grand salon is the heart of the villa. The extraordinary wooden chandelier, beamed ceiling, antique furnishings, sofas, chairs, benches and tables surround the massive stone fireplace. It is an ideal room to celebrate with family and friends.

This alluring petit salon is filled with elegant antiques and comfortable sofas, chairs and writing tables. It is a perfect place to enjoy a good book or watch your favorite movie from one of the DVD’s.

The ample and charming dining room is a perfect venue for formal and relaxed dinners, with its original antique furnishings and a superb stone fireplace. It comfortably seats 12 people

This master bedroom is full of original charm and dominates the view of the Italian formal garden. There is a modern 4 piece adjoining en suite bathroom.

The gardens
Natural park meadows, olive trees, truffle groves and cypress lanes offer plenty of space to stroll, jog, or exercise in this glorious, spectacular private setting. The discretely walled back portion of the property has three different distinct areas. The antique rose garden is idealistic for afternoon tea. Enjoy and relax among the glorious cypress and lemon trees and sun bathe next to the spectacular pool. There is an enormous vined pergola for dining and a pool hut equipped with a fridge and amenities.

There is an enormous vined pergola for dining. The pool hut is equipped with a small fridge and toaster oven for swimming pool snacks. The limonaia has the changing area and a bathroom with shower.
The riding stable
On the property there is a lovely riding stable. You can board horses here or we can arrange to have some delivered to accommodate your equestrian needs.
The caretaker residence
There is a full time care taker/gardener and a maid for 6 hours a day included in the rental. We highly recommend hiring our local cook to enhance your Tuscan stay, providing you with culinary sensations from original family recipes. The maid and gardener live in a separate house on the property.
