Estate olive oil
This is a simple story of two friends from the West Coast of Canada who had a dream of starting a business. That dream came to life over a glass of wine and some sun drenched tomatoes on a terrace in Tuscany, when they realised that the answer was right before their eyes. They would start to import the olive oil that came from the olives growing but a stone’s throw away, and would build a business taking the olive from branch to bottle.
Since then the two friends have lovingly overseen the creation of their dream. Annual trips back and forth to the Tuscan estate has them picking the olives, driving the tractor and choosing the very best of the harvest for their oil.

The extra virgin oil produced is small batch, single origin, and pressed within 6 hours of picking at the local mill; not only does this ensure full traceability of the product, but also its superior quality and taste.
The result: Amoliva, a premium Estate extra virgin olive oil, hand harvested, pressed and bottled in Tuscany. It is a lively blend of Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo olives which give it a robust, well balanced flavour, high in polyphenols and antioxidants. It is recommend that it is served best drizzled over roasted meats and fish, soups and salads, grilled vegetables and indeed, on the famous bruschetta whence the whole idea was created.
